Carla Pasternak serves as Director of Income Research at StreetAuthority. She's a leading expert in both U.S. and international income investments, and with over 250,000 loyal subscribers to her two publications -- High-Yield Investing, and Dividend Opportunities -- she's one of the most widely-followed income investing experts in North America.
A highly successful analyst, Carla has excelled in the industry for almost three decades. She got her start working as an Investment Relations Manager before founding Canada Corporate Communications in 1989. She's worked hand-in-hand with some of the top Canadian trusts to develop their annual reports, she's written shareholder letters from top CEOs at multi-billion-dollar companies, and she's spent roughly 80 hours a week focused exclusively on income investing research and analysis since joining StreetAuthority in 2003.
Dr. Pasternak holds a Ph. D. from the University of Wisconsin and also taught in the Bissett School of Business at Mount Royal University in Calgary for more than 20 years.
