4Kids Entertainment Inc. (NYSE:KDE) (KDE) entered a deal with the CW Network to provide five hours of children's programming on Saturday mornings in exchange for a share of advertising revenue.
The New York-based children's entertainment and merchandise licensing provider will split national advertising revenue from the block with the network.
CW's share will applied against a guarantee to be paid by 4Kids, the company said.
