Planetwide Games, Inc., 4Kids Entertainment, Inc. (NYSE: KDE) and TC Digital announced an agreement in principle for the MashON Chaotic Comic Book Creator, an interactive software application utilizing Planetwide Games' MashON Platform to provide fans of the popular Chaotic Trading Card Game and television series an online tool to create customized comic books and graphic novels using licensed art and images from the brand. The software, available for free to all registered accounts on www.MashOn.com, is expected to be available by the end of the 2008 year.

Chaotic is a revolutionary trading card game which integrates a one-of-a-kind online multi-player experience. Complementing the trading card game is the Chaotic animated TV series, which can be seen daily on the Jetix block on Toon Disney and Saturday mornings on TheCW4Kids block on The CW Network. In addition, TC Digital recently launched Chaotic Battledrome Events, where the world's best Chaotic players face off in head-to-head live matches.
