NASDAQ Technical Picture - Expansion

The next market session will close:

The only thing I got right in last night's post was expansion. The rate cut and new institutional money went to work in a big way today. The $SOX was the big tech winner, up 4% and closing at the base of a major pivot point 400 ( SNDK up 7% on the day).
