DELL earnings could be a catalyst to morning strength, but this relief rally is feeling stretched, so I'll be watching for some profit taking and perhaps a weak close. Transports still feel bullish as oil continues to pullback.

Companies trading higher in after hours in reaction to earnings: MRVL +17.0%; DELL +9.5%; WIND +8.3%; HEI +2.8%; NOVL +1.3%... Companies trading down in reaction to earnings: QADI -24.4%; SIGM -17.8%; JCG -15.4%; OVTI -7.1%... Companies trading higher in after hours in reaction to news: FRPT +3.7% (Co and General Dynamics look to expand partnership -- Bloomberg; had Q1 sales of $400 mln - Bloomberg); CSU +2.5% (special committee engages financial advisor); PEIX +1.4% (closes $28.5 mln financing through the sale of 6.0 mln units)... Companies trading lower in reaction to news: ES (Washington River Protection Solutions, LLC wins Department of Energy tank operations contract at Hanford: DOE values the contract at $7.1 bln); ALTH -3.5% (announces the closing of its previously announced public offering of 12,4 mln shares of newly issued common stock at a public offering price of $5.64/share); TRR -1.5% (Signs 4 Exit Strategy contracts valued at $50.8 mln); ICXT -1.2% (acquires S3I for approx. $5.3 mln); IDTI -0.9% (announces departure of chief financial officer); XIDE -0.7% (secures new military contracts).
