BankUnited Financial Corporation (NASDAQ:BKUNA), parent company of BankUnited FSB, announced today that financial results for the second quarter of fiscal 2008, which ended on March 31, 2008, will be made public in a news release on Monday, May 12, 2008, prior to the market opening.

A conference call to discuss quarterly results will be held at 11:00 a.m. that day with Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Alfred R.
