Jack W. Wiley Ph.D. Elected as a Fellow, Sara Weiner Ph.D. Appointed as 2010 Program Chair and Kyle Lundby Ph.D. Appointed to Editorial Board

Wiley, Ph.D., executive director of the KenexaResearch Institute, has been elected as a Fellow, Sara Weiner Ph.D.,program director and executive consultant will serve as the SIOP 2010program chair and Kyle Lundby Ph.D., lead consultant, Asia Pacific has beenappointed to the editorial board of SIOP.

In addition, Dr.Wiley developed WorkTrends(TM), an employee opinion normative database thatis a leading and wealthy source of information, quoted both in scholarlystudies and by the press worldwide.


Dr. Weiner has applied her innovative employee research and intelligence toinform business strategies that improve organizational performance. She hasauthored many articles and book chapters and is a frequent speaker atnational conferences, discussing topics such as attraction and retention oftop talent, career opportunity, client satisfaction, downsizing, work/lifepolicies and programs, telework success factors and linkage of employeeengagement and business outcomes.


Dr. Lundby works with organizations on all phases of employee and customerstakeholder measurement and consulting. He is a frequent presenter atconferences and has published numerous journal articles and book chapterson employee engagement, linkage research and methodologies to demonstratethe return on investment of HR initiatives.


Both Dr. Weiner and Dr. Lundby were nominated for their respectivepositions for having an excellent record of service to SIOP.
