DreamWorks Animation Delivers First of Five Movies Slated for IMAX

LOS ANGELES, CA, June 5 /CNW/ - IMAX Corporation (NASDAQ:IMAX; TSX:IMX)and DreamWorks Animation SKG, Inc. (NYSE:DWA) today announced that thestudio's highly anticipated summer movie, Kung Fu Panda, starring Jack Black,Dustin Hoffman, Angelina Jolie, Ian McShane, Jackie Chan, Seth Rogan, Lucy Liuand David Cross will open in 89 IMAX(R) theatres domestically on June 6th inconjunction with the film's wide release. Kung Fu Panda is the first of fiveDreamWorks Animation films slated for release in IMAX theaters from June 2008to May 2010.

The film will also open in 37 IMAX theatres internationally during thedays and weeks following the domestic launch. Kung Fu Panda has been digitallyre-mastered into the unparalleled image and sound quality of The IMAXExperience(R) with IMAX DMR(R) technology.
