In today's complex and rapidly evolving legal and regulatory climate, aquick thorough and accurate response is essential to the success of aneDiscovery effort. Under the terms of the license agreement, FTI will deploythe Endeca Information Access Platform (IAP) to create new applications thatallow for the search and discovery of financial information, transactionaldatabases and other structured and unstructured electronically storedinformation (ESI). The technology, coupled with FTI's proprietary technologyand deep experience in high stakes litigation, will offer clients the abilityto rapidly gain a 360-degree view of all information relevant to litigationevents, mergers and acquisitions, government investigations and other majorevents that affect enterprise value.
