Comm Bancorp, Inc. Declares Third Quarter Cash Dividend

CLARKS SUMMIT, Pa., July 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of Comm Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq: CCBP) today declared a dividend of $0.27 per share for the third quarter of 2008. The dividend, which is a 3.8% increase compared to the same quarter of 2007, is payable October 1, 2008, to shareholders of record September 15, 2008. Year-to-date dividends declared totaled $0.81 per share in 2008 and $0.78 per share in 2007.

Comm Bancorp, Inc. serves the Lackawanna, Luzerne, Monroe, Susquehanna, Wayne and Wyoming counties of Pennsylvania through its subsidiary's Community Bank & Trust Company, sixteen banking offices and one loan production office.
