One Person Dies After Container With Fuel Oil Explodes at Factory Near St. Petersburg - Emergencies Ministry

ST. PETERSBURG. July 25 (Interfax) - One person was killed after a fire broke out at the fuel oil terminal in St. Petersburg's Kolpinski district on Friday, the Emergencies Ministry's local office told Interfax.

"A container with fuel oil has exploded, killing one person and injuring another," the source said.
