appointment of Declan Kelly to the position of Executive Vice President and
Chief Integration Officer.
In his new position, Mr. Kelly will take responsibility for the global
integration of FTI's existing businesses and acquisitions. He will also focus
on the company's worldwide marketing and communications strategy, its
company-wide business development, corporate strategy and client relationship
management programs and the implementation of the company's global brand
strategy.
Mr. Kelly will retain his positions as Chairman in the United States of
FD, the strategic communications division of FTI Consulting. He has served as
CEO of FD-US for the past six years.
