WorldWater & Solar Technologies Corp. (OTC BB: WWAT.OB), developer and marketer of proprietary high-horsepower solar systems, today announced that it has rescheduled its second quarter conference call to 10:00 a.m. Eastern on August 18, 2008 due to additional time required to review the accounting treatment for certain non-operational transactions. Earnings will be issued before the market opens that day, and the filing of the company's results with the SEC on Form 10-Q will follow.
