In October 2006, BP awarded Fluor Corporation (NYSE:FLR) (Irving, Texas) with contract packages for the project's program management and three major engineering and fabrication packages. The $800 million delayed coker contract was awarded to Foster Wheeler (NASDAQ:FWLT) (Clinton, New Jersey). The $500 million sulfur recovery complex expansion contract is being handled by Jacobs Engineering Group Incorporated (NYSE:JEC) (Pasadena, California) along with the $30 million desulfurization unit upgrade. The upgrades will increase the refining of Canadian crudes from 30% to 90% of the total oil processed.
