Aug. 28--Florida Power & Light Co.'s St. Lucie 1 nuclear reactor on Hutchinson Island has been restored to 100 percent of its operating capacity, the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission reported today.

The reactor, one of four FPL operates in Florida, was shut down Aug. 20 because of flooding from Tropical Storm Fay.
