(NYSE: JRT) announced that its Board of Directors approved the declaration of a regular quarterly cash dividend on its common stock of $0.30 per common share for the quarter ending September 30, 2008. The dividend is payable on October 31, 2008 to shareholders of record on September 30, 2008. The ex-dividend date is September 26, 2008.
