State of Ohio Renews Behavioral Health Contract with OptumHealth

Depth and Breadth of Behavioral Health Expertise Key to Continued Relationship

OptumHealth Inc. today announced it has been awarded a three-year renewal of its behavioral health contract serving 54,000 State of Ohio employees and their families.

OptumHealth will provide comprehensive mental health and substance abuse treatment solutions that include an extensive network of clinicians to provide easy access to high quality treatment, online resources and intensive case management for high-risk individuals. Through its DisabilitySolutions program, OptumHealth will continue to help those on mental health short-term disability and reduce its overall cost and duration.
