CINCINNATI, Oct. 8 /PRNewswire/ -- The Sunny Delight Beverages Co. (SDBC) today signed a licensing agreement with Kraft Foods Inc. (NYSE: KFT) to produce and market Kraft's Crystal Light ready-to-drink bottled beverages through most distribution channels in the U.S. Kraft Foodservice will continue to sell Crystal Light ready-to-drink beverages to their normal outlets, for example, college cafeterias, offices and vending machines. Kraft also will continue to manufacture and sell the powdered versions of Crystal Light. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
