Amgen (NASDAQ:AMGN) issued the following statement regarding today’s
ruling by the Court of Appeals:
Amgen is pleased that the Court of Appeals has affirmed the preliminary
injunction barring Roche from selling its peg-EPO product in the U.S. in
violation of Amgen’s erythropoietin (EPO)
