Previously a sub-tenant, Health Market Science expands its space as it chooses to grow with Liberty
KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa., May 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Health Market Science, Inc.(HMS), a leading supplier of healthcare provider data and analytics in theUnited States, and Liberty Property Trust (NYSE: LRY), which owns and managesmore than 15 million square feet of office and industrial space insoutheastern Pennsylvania, announced today the signing of a long term leaseagreement for 45,000 square feet of office space at 2700 Horizon Drive in Kingof Prussia. HMS will now occupy the entire building.

Health Market Science has been subletting 25,063 square feet of space inthe building since 2004. When the balance of the building became availablefor lease, HMS was able to secure the space for a much-needed expansion.
