TORONTO, April 24 /CNW/ - Merrill Lynch & Co., Canada Ltd. announced onApril 24, 2008 that its Board of Directors approved a quarterly cash dividendof Cdn $0.35 per Exchangeable Share.
All dividends paid by the Corporation in 2007 or a subsequent year aredesignated as eligible dividends unless indicated otherwise.
The dividend is payable on May 28, 2008 to shareholders of record onMay 8, 2008.
