Inter Parfums Signs 4-Year License Pact With Gap

Inter Parfums Inc. (NASDAQ-NMS:IPAR) (IPAR) signed a four-year licensing agreement with Gap Inc. (NYSE:GPS) (GPS) for the international distribution of personal-care products.

Financial terms of the deal weren't disclosed.

Inter Parfums, a New York perfume and cosmetics company, will distribute the products through Gap and Banana Republic stores, as well as select specialty and department stores outside of the U.S.

Shares in Inter Parfums reversed course after hours, falling 94 cents to $ 27.58 after a gain of $1.82, or 6.8%, as of the close of the regular session.
