The Direct Response Channelwas Hewlett Packard's largest and fastest growing indirect sales channel.He was recruited to Avaya to revamp the channel program, strategy and toallow the channel to be the growth engine in Avaya's overall "go tomarket" sales strategy.

From 2005 to 2007, sales for Avaya's North America channel grew 50%,earning Archer a place in the top three on VARBusiness's magazine of Top100 Channel Executives. According to the magazine, the list is compiledbased on information from IT analysts' data, accumulated knowledge of theexecutive and market share of his or her company.
