The "Sunshine on Wall Street" conference will offer a rare, inside lookinto the core of their strategies, strength of management and the potentialfor profit.

"This conference really hits home with the current economy and energyconditions in the world today," said Jim Depelisi, a registered investmentadvisor who sponsors the event. "Conference attendees should pay closeattention to the business models of the presenting companies."

With gas soaring past $4.25 per gallon, SouthernStar Oil Corporation isattempting to further explore for domestic oil resources in historicalproven basins in California. According to the company, the areas ofCalifornia that they are exploring have produced results by other companiesover the past 100 years.

China America Holdings' fingerprint-based identification products seem topotentially be more 'need'-based, versus 'want'-based, DePelisi noted.

The conference begins at 4 p.m. with an hour-long socialnetworking cocktail reception. Corporate presentations run from5 p.m. to 9 p.m.
