TORONTO, June 19 /CNW/ - Merrill Lynch Canada Finance Company, an indirect wholly-owned Canadian subsidiary of Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc., today issued under its medium term note program Cdn.$2,556,300 aggregate principal amount of its Merrill Lynch World Opportunities Equity Accelerator (CAD) Securities, Series 3 (the "CAD World Opportunities Securities"), US$1,143,700 aggregate principal amount of its Merrill Lynch World Opportunities Equity Accelerator (USD) Securities, Series 3 (the "USD World Opportunities Securities"), Cdn.$1,421,300 aggregate principal amount of its Merrill Lynch Callable Yield Securities, Series 6 (the "Callable Yield Securities"), and Cdn.$7,451,600 aggregate principal amount of its Equity Linked 3.25% Principal Protected Notes, Series 2 (the "Equity Linked Notes" and, together with the CAD World Opportunities Securities, the USD World Opportunities Securities and the Callable Yield Securities, the "Securities"). The Securities are senior notes of the Company, unconditionally guaranteed by Merrill Lynch & Co., Inc. and the Canadian medium term note program of the Company under which the Securities are issued has been rated AA(low) by Dominion Bond Rating Service Limited, A by Standard & Poor's Ratings Services (a division of The McGraw-Hill Companies, Inc.), A1 by Moody's Investors Service, Inc. and A+ by Fitch Ratings Ltd.
