(NYSE: CAL) today announced the pricing of a public offering of 11 million
shares of its Class B Common Stock at a price to the public of $14.80 per
share. Continental has granted the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase an
additional 1,650,000 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any.
Continental expects the issuance and delivery of the shares to occur on June
25, 2008.
