Accentia Biopharmaceuticals to Present at the Jefferies Second Annual Healthcare Conference

Accentia Biopharmaceuticals, Inc. (NASDAQ:ABPI) announced today that it is scheduled to present this week at the Jefferies Second Annual Healthcare Conference on Wednesday, June 25, 2008, at 2:30 p.m. (EDT) in New York City. Based on imminent reports of milestones expected from Accentia’s majority owned subsidiary, Biovest International, Inc. (OTCBB:BVTI), Steven Arikian, M.D. will focus his presentation on BiovaxID®, Biovest’s anti-cancer vaccine targeting non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Dr. Arikian serves as President and Chief Operating Officer, Biopharmaceutical Products & Services, of Accentia and as Chairman and CEO of Biovest.
