Dana Corp Names Board To Serve After Reorganization

Dana Corp. (NYSE:DCN) (DCNAQ) named nine new members who are expected to serve on the board after the Chapter 11 reorganization.

The supplier of axles, structural, sealing and thermal products said the offices of chairman and chief executive will be separated. Chairman and Chief Executive Mike Burns will take the position of chief executive.

The proposed board member include Gary Convis, retired chairman of Toyota Motor Corp.'s (NYSE:TM) (TM) Toyota Manufacturing, Kentucky; John Devine, former vice chairman and chief financial officer of General Motors Corp. (NYSE:GM) (GM); Mark Gallogly, managing partner of Centerbridge LP; Richard Gephardt, senior counsel in the Government Affairs practice group at DLA Piper and former congressman; Stephen Girsky, president of Centerbridge Industrial Partners LLC; Terrence Keating, chairman of Accuride Corp. (NYSE:ACW) (ACW); Mark Schulz, former president of International Operations of the Ford Motor Co. (NYSE:F) (F); and Jerome York, chief executive of Harwinton Capital LLC.
