Ivivi Technologies Inc. (AMEX:II) (II) received an initial order of 20,000 SofPulse devices from distribution partner Allergan Inc. (NYSE:AGN) (AGN).

Financial terms of the agreement weren't disclosed.

Allergan (NYSE:AGN) , an Irvine, Calif., health-care company, is expected to complete its SofPulse product launch by the end of the year, Ivivi said.

Shares of Ivivi, a Northvale, N.J., medical technology company, were recently trading up 30 cents, or 6.6%, at $4.85.
