Duncan Energy Partners (NYSE:DEP) (DEP) said second-quarter net income fell 63% to $4.55 million, or 22 cents a unit, while revenue rose 7% to $237 million.
The company said capital expenditure costs were higher than normal.
Analysts polled by Thomson Financial had expected earnings of 22 cents per unit.
