DCT Industrial Trust Inc. (NYSE:DCT) (DCT) formed a new institutional capital-management joint venture with investors advised by JPMorgan Asset Management.

DCT, a Denver real estate investment trust, expects to contribute $140 million of seed assets to the joint venture by the end of the third quarter.

DCT said it will have a 20% equity stake in the joint venture.
