Standard & Poor's said Wednesday that S&P REIT Composite constituent Duke Realty Corp. (NYSE:DRE) (DRE) will replace AG Edwards Inc. (NYSE:AGE) (AGE) in the S&P MidCap 400 after the close of trading Friday. AG Edwards (NYSE:AGE) is being acquired by S&P 100 and 500 constituent Wachovia Corp. (NYSE:WB) (WB).
S&P SmallCap 600 constituent Corn Products International Inc. (NYSE:CPO) (CPO) will replace Catalina Marketing Corp. (NYSE:POS) (POS) in the S&P MidCap 400. Catalina is being acquired by Hellman & Friedman LLC.
Buffalo Wild Wings Inc. (NASDAQ-NMS:BWLD) (BWLD) will replace Corn Products in the S&P SmallCap 600 after the close of trading Monday.
Getty Images Inc. (NYSE:GYI) (GYI) will eventually replace Greater Bay Bancorp (NASDAQ-NMS:GBBK) (GBBK) in the S&P MidCap 400. Greater Bay is being acquired by Wells Fargo & Co. (NYSE:WFC) (WFC) in a deal still pending final approvals.
Superior Well Services Inc. (NASDAQ-NMS:SWSI) (SWSI) will replace Neoware Inc. (NASDAQ-NMS:NWRE) (NWRE) in the S&P SmallCap 600 after the close of trading Friday. Neoware is being acquired by Hewlett-Packard Co. (NYSE:HPQ) (HPQ).
Boston Beer Co. Inc. (SAM) will replace Playtex Products Inc. (NYSE:PYX) (PYX) in the S&P SmallCap 600 after the close of trading Friday. Playtex is being acquired by constituent Energizer Holdings Inc. (NYSE:ENR) (ENR).
Cogdell Spencer Inc. (NYSE:CSA) (CSA) eventually will replace Republic Property Trust (NYSE:RPB) ( RPB) in the S&P REIT Composite, Republic Property is being acquired by Liberty Property Trust (NYSE:LRY) (LRY) in a deal still pending final approvals.
