CTS Corp Buys Orion Manufacturing For $10 Million, Sees Deal Adding To EPS

CTS Corp. (NYSE:CTS) (CTS) acquired San Jose turnkey electronics manufacturing services provider Orion Manufacturing Inc. for about $10 million.

CTS, an Elkhart, Ind., manufacturing company, intends to pay an earnout of up to $1.75 million in cash if Orion meets certain financial milestones in 2008 and 2009.

The acquisition of Orion, which generated about $27 million in 2007 sales, to add to CTS earnings in year one.

In after-hours trading, CTS shares were trading down at $9.46, after closing the regular session at $9.56.
