Oncothyreon Inc. (NASDAQ-NMS:ONTY) (ONTY) triggered a $3 million payment from (MKGAY) regarding its Stimuvax vaccine.

Oncothyreon, a Bellevue, Wash., biotechnology company, completed the transfer of assays and manufacturing technology relating to the investigational therapeutic cancer vaccine. The transfer met a milestone requirement under a supply pact between the companies.
