HAMILTON, Bermuda, July 3 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Board of Directors of Orient-Express Hotels Ltd. today declared a quarterly cash dividend on the Company's Class A common shares.

The dividend will be $0.025 per share, payable August 4, 2008 to shareholders of record July 18, 2008.

The Class A common shares of Orient-Express Hotels Ltd. are listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol OEH.
