"We have received the Company's payment on all outstanding invoices and I
have received approval from my partners to start working on the March 31st,
2008 and the June 30th, 2008 10Qs for Triton Distribution Systems, Inc.
Since the 10Q of March 31st, 2008 has been filed, please send us the trial
balance and working papers for the Q so we can start working on this
engagement. Please let us know when the trial balance and working papers
for June 30th, 2008 10Q will be ready."
