TORONTO, July 30 /CNW/ - Merrill Lynch & Co., Canada Ltd. announced on
July 30, 2008 that its Board of Directors approved a quarterly cash dividend
of Cdn $0.36 per Exchangeable Share.
All dividends paid by the Corporation in 2007 or a subsequent year are
designated as eligible dividends unless indicated otherwise.
The dividend is payable on September 3, 2008 to shareholders of record on
August 14, 2008.
