annual report on Form 10-K for the period ending December 31, 2006. The
Company also confirmed its commitment to continue using its best efforts to
file all periodic reports in compliance with the SEC by the end of 2008.
Geotec, Inc. continues to engage Brimmer, Burek and Keelan, LLP, to
complete the Securities and Exchange Commission filings with a view to
