Napster, Inc. (Nasdaq:NAPS) announced today that its 2008 Annual Meeting
of Stockholders, originally scheduled to be held at 10:00 a.m. on
Thursday, September 18, 2008, has been postponed. The postponement was
made in connection with the announcement today that Napster has entered
into a definitive merger agreement to be acquired by Best Buy Co., Inc.
If the merger is not completed, Napster intends to reschedule the 2008
Annual Meeting of Stockholders and notify stockholders of the date, time
and location of the rescheduled meeting.
