Long-Term Deal Draws on Perot Systems' Industry leadership in Revenue Cycle and Clinical Services

awarded an extended contract with athenahealth, Inc. (Nasdaq: ATHN), a leading
provider of internet-based business services for physician practices. The new
five-year agreement further strengthens and extends the seven year
relationship between the two companies. The agreement calls for Perot Systems
to provide business process services relating to revenue cycle and clinical
data capture services.
