MALVERN, Pa., Sept. 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Liberty Property Trust
(NYSE: LRY) announced today that its board of trustees has declared a dividend
of $0.625 per share on the company's common shares of beneficial interest for
the third quarter of 2008. The dividend will be paid on October 15, 2008 to
shareholders of record on October 1, 2008.
