now known simply as
EFD. The company
will transition to the new name, which is also its stock ticker symbol,
over the next 18-24 months, during which time it will be known as EFD,
eFunds Corporation.

comprehensive value proposition around enterprise payments and data & decisioning solutions for global
financial institutions, networks, merchants and large enterprises.
