The dividend is payable Dec. 15, 2008, to shareholders of record on Nov. 21, 2008. The dividend is one-quarter cent per share higher than a year earlier and the company's 256th consecutive dividend without a reduction. Questar has increased its dividend 35 times in the last 36 years.
