TORONTO, Nov. 6 /CNW/ - DELISTING REVIEW - CPI Plastics Group Limited
(the "Company") - Further to TSX Bulletin No. 2008-1221 dated October 30,
2008, the common shares of the Company (Symbol: CPI) will be delisted at the
close of market on November 7, 2008 for failure to meet the continued listing
requirements of TSX. It is understood that the common shares of the Company
will commence trading on TSX Venture Exchange at the market open on
November 10, 2008.
