In this position, Doering will work with senior management and clients to start a Full Service Environmental Underwriting Division. She brings 15 years of experience in the environmental insurance industry to Philadelphia Insurance Companies. Prior to joining PHLY, Ms. Doering was a Vice President with AIG managing a large account business development team. She also oversaw marketing, product development, sales and underwriting training, field operations and strategic partnerships at Kemper Environmental during its start-up. Ms. Doering holds a bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Pennsylvania.
