Nov. 12--Fulton Financial Corp. has promoted Amanda R. Sears to employment manager and hired Steven R. Horst as associate counsel.
Sears, of Lancaster, joined Fulton Financial in 2002 and most recently was a human resources generalist. She holds bachelor's and MBA degrees from York College of Pennsylvania.
Horst, of Lancaster, previously was an associate counsel at Lehman Brothers Bank. He holds a bachelor's degree from Lebanon Valley College and a law degree from Villanova University School of Law.
Armstrong World Industries has promoted Beth Riley to vice president of corporate communication.
Riley, of Lancaster, joined Armstrong in 2005 as director of investor relations. She holds a bachelor's degree from Brown University and an MBA degree from Carnegie Mellon University.
The law firm of Menges, McLaughlin & Kalasnik has hired Matthew D. Menges as an associate attorney.
Menges, of York, holds a bachelor's degree from York College of Pennsylvania. He also is a 2008 graduate of Dickinson School of Law.
Menges practices in the areas of estate administration, estate planning (including special needs trusts) and general civil litigation.
Drs. Adam Biuckians and Sherief H. El-Mallah have joined Lancaster General Psychiatric Associates as child and adolescent psychiatrists.
Biuckians, of Lancaster, is a graduate of Jefferson Medical College. He completed his residency in psychiatry and fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at Hershey Medical Center.
El-Mallah, of Mount Joy, is a graduate of the University of Alexandria. He completed his residency in psychiatry and fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at the University of Virginia.
