The first investor conference is the 19th Annual Citi Chemicals Conference on Wednesday, December 3rd in New York, New York. Mr. Larry Stranghoener, Mosaic's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will be speaking at 11:10 a.m. EST. Also speaking at this conference will be Dr. Mike Rahm, Mosaic's Vice President -- Market Analysis and Strategic Planning. Dr. Rahm will participate on the Fertilizer Primer and Outlook panel at the 11:50 a.m. EST.

The second investor conference is the Canaccord Adams Agriculture Conference on Tuesday, December 9th in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Mr. Stranghoener will be presenting at this conference at 9:00 a.m. EST.
