TOKYO, Dec. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- ACCESS CO., LTD., a global provider of

announced that it will begin providing a Widget service for NTT DOCOMO, INC.'s
new HTC Windows Mobile smartphone models DOCOMO PRO series(TM) HT-01A
(released today) and DOCOMO PRO series HT-02A (scheduled for release between
December 2008 and January 2009).
The Widget service will enable DOCOMO smartphone users in Japan to
download Widget content as well as a Widget player from the ACCESS
NetFront(TM) Widgets Community Site at
http://widgets.access-company.com/mobile/jp/ (mobile Japanese site). Users can
access the site directly by clicking on the 'Widgets' icon on DOCOMO's
smartphone portal site (http://www.dcm-gate.com/), which is the default web
page for the DOCOMO PRO series HT-01A and HT-02A.
Among the variety of Widgets from which users can choose are applications
that deliver information related to social networking sites (SNS), shopping
and music. Widget content from the site can be used free of charge. To get
started, users need only download a free Widget player for Windows Mobile or
S60 to their mobile handsets.
