Illumina, Inc. (NASDAQ:ILMN) today announced that the Company was added
to the NASDAQ-100 Index®, effective at the start of trading
Monday, December 15, 2008.
The NASDAQ-100 Index is comprised of the 100 largest non-financial
stocks on The NASDAQ Stock Market® based on market
capitalization. Illumina shares will also be added to the PowerShares
QQQ Trust (NasdaqGM:QQQQ) which aims to provide investment results that,
before expenses, correspond with the NASDAQ-100 Index Performance.
