Jackie Brabham - Annuity Operations
Keith Floman - Actuarial
Tracey Gray-Walker - Diversity and Inclusion
Steve Mabry - Annuity Product Development

Jackie Brabham has been promoted to senior vice president and head of the Accumulator(R) variable annuity operations center in Secaucus, N.J. Ms. Brabham has management responsibility for all new business, customer service, in-force processing and business services related to the company's flagship Accumulator(R) variable annuity series. She reports to James Shepherdson, executive vice president of AXA Equitable and president of AXA Distributors, LLC, the company's wholesale distribution organization. Ms. Brabham joined the company in her current function as vice president in September 2007. Prior to joining AXA Equitable, she worked at Lincoln Financial, where she was vice president of annuity service operations. Ms. Brabham received a Bachelor of Arts degree in art history and an MBA in finance from Southern Methodist University.
Keith Floman has been promoted to senior vice president and actuary, reporting to Charles Marino, executive vice president and chief actuary. Mr. Floman is responsible for valuations, earnings analysis, forecasting and experience studies for all business lines. In addition, he oversees the reporting of financial results and forecasting to AXA Group. Mr. Floman joined AXA Equitable in 2006 as chief actuary and head of risk management and valuation for AXA Corporate Solutions Life Reinsurance (ACS), a reinsurance subsidiary of AXA Group. Previously, Mr. Floman worked at Ernst & Young as a senior manager. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from the State University of New York, Albany. He is a fellow in the Society of Actuaries (F.S.A.) and a member of the American Academy of Actuaries (M.A.A.A.).
